Website
All text and images belong to tipstastic. Under NO circumstances should you copy or use these images or text anywhere. Failure to comply can result in prosecution
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through tipstastic ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, email address, phone number. For professional products, proof of qualifications may be required.
Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis and charged on the same day each month.
Dispatch and delivery
All hand created items are dispatched when complete. Therefore, dispatch and delivery times vary depending on the amount of orders at any one time. Usually all orders are created and dispatched within 1 week of your purchase. Delivery in the UK can take a further 3-5 business days although many orders are delivered on the next working day. Shipping for all items excluding custom designed nails are only dispatched once payment has cleared. Depending on your payment method this can take 3-7 working days* but is usually sooner.
*Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays

Tipstastic Nails & Beauty accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from the use of or handling of any product sold on this website
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
