Dip Base Coat 15ml
This base coat is designed to dry QUICKLY. So you must dip your nail straight in to the powder once applied. 
Apply thin layer of base coat.
Quickly dip nail.
Allow a few seconds.
Brush off excess.
Apply 2nd layer of base coat.
Quickly dip nail.
Allow a few seconds.
Brush off excess. 
Do a 3rd coat only if required to build up colour or if using a clear dip.
